What we process
Account identity and email, artist and DJ profiles, uploaded music and artwork, metadata, listening telemetry, campaign conversations, review feedback, support evidence and financial transaction references. We do not receive your full card details.
Why we process it
We use account and campaign information to provide the contracted service; security and quality records to prevent abuse and protect legitimate interests; legally required financial records for compliance. Public DJ profiles and supplied performance evidence require the choices and permissions described in the product.
Who receives it
Selected DJs can access their assigned tracks. Producers can access their campaign responses. Administrators access records needed for support, quality and financial operations. Google/Firebase provides authentication, EU-region database, storage and hosting services; Stripe provides payment processing and Connect; Amazon SES delivers transactional email when enabled. These providers may process some data internationally under their applicable safeguards.
Private music and evidence
Tracks are private by default. Time-limited access is issued only to the owner or authorized recipient. Do not upload personal information about event attendees or third parties without a lawful basis. Public DJ profile visibility requires consent.
Retention and your choices
You can request account deletion in settings or by email. We remove account and media data after resolving active campaigns and legal retention duties. Payment and dispute records are retained for legally required periods; backup recovery may retain deleted data for up to seven days. Contact us for access, correction, portability, objection or restrictions. You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies and telemetry
Authentication uses necessary browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies. Playback timing is used to validate review eligibility and investigate suspicious behavior; it cannot prove human attention.
