The service you purchase
Pitch The DJ sells a defined music audition and written feedback service. A purchase does not guarantee positive feedback, a public endorsement, streams, bookings, downloads or performance. DJs remain independent in their programming decisions.
Eligibility and accounts
Use the service only if you are at least 18 and can enter a binding agreement. Keep your account secure and give accurate information. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, rights violations or repeated low-quality work.
Track permissions
You retain ownership. You grant the operator and your selected recipients a limited license to store, process, audition and, where permitted, download the material for this service. Declare the required rights and disclose AI assistance or generation accurately. A download is not a transfer of copyright or a public performance license.
Prices and refunds
Standard reviews cost €3 each before separately disclosed applicable tax. Prices are confirmed before checkout. Deadlines start on activation following successful payment. Unfulfilled services are refunded according to the review and refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
DJ earnings
Approval, qualifying work, funded allocations and Stripe eligibility are required. Standard fully funded reviews earn €1.50 gross. Holds, refunds, chargebacks and corrections may affect payout availability. DJs are responsible for their own taxes and lawful performance permissions.
Content and conduct
No harassment, threats, fake engagement, impersonation or infringement. Do not pressure DJs for positive feedback or public play. Report problems through campaign reporting or support.
Disputes and applicable law
Contact support first with the relevant record ID. Lithuanian law applies subject to mandatory protections available in your place of residence. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
